Yes, all of our products are formulated to be non-comedogenic.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use ORVÉA products ?
Yes, our products are perfectly suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend testing any new product on a small area of the neck before first use.
Have ORVÉA products been tested on animals?
No, our products have never been tested on animals.
Do ORVÉA products contain silicone, parabens, or sulfates?
No, our products contain no silicone, no parabens, and no sulfates.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is made from fully recyclable materials.

Which cities do you deliver to ?
We deliver throughout Morocco.
What are the delivery times ?
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible; delivery times are generally between 1 and 5 days, excluding launch and promotional periods.
What are the delivery fees ?
Delivery fees in Morocco are:
- 20 Dhs in Casablanca
- 35 Dhs outside Casablanca
Delivery is free for orders of 150 Dhs and above.
How can I benefit from free delivery ?
We offer free delivery when your order exceeds 150 Dhs.
How can I pay for my order ?
Orders are paid in cash on delivery.
I have a missing or defective item in my order, what should I do ?

Can I modify or cancel my order ?
We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
However, you may modify your order if you contact us within a few hours after placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
